When your pool liner is at the end of its life, we don’t just give you an over-the-phone quote for replacement—we’ll meet you onsite for the most accurate quote possible and even give you some tips on what to look for when you’re talking with other companies. Our technicians have a high level of training and accreditation, including completion of the certified pool operator course, multiple manufacturer training sessions and in-house seminars. We put our new hires through a rigorous orientation (and they sure learn a lot from our senior techs, some of whom have been with us for 20 years). You can expect a Buds technician to know the inner workings of your pool or hot tub, whether we installed it or not, and the basics of plumbing, electricity and hydraulics—which certainly comes in handy when troubleshooting bigger problems.
