Yes, We Are Re-Opening for Business! ……..In the safest way!

In navigating the current health situation, to provide for the safety of our staff, and to ensure the continuity of service and supply for the community, we will continue to provide an essential service: helping to provide a place of refuge, renewal, and support within the home.

Ensuring pool and hot tubs are functional and sanitized is essential, preventing stagnant water from becoming a hazard in the form of mosquitoes and bacteria.

While we continue to make changes, you can count on us!

Updates will be posted on our website and Facebook pages as we move through this difficult time.

Limited Curbside pick up:

Our Ancaster location is going to resume Curbside pickup and water testing effective Saturday, March 27, 2020. Our hours of operation will be Saturday, Monday and Wednesdays from 10am until 4pm daily.

We would ask that you leave you label your water bottle with your name and address. When you arrive at Bud’s, please place your labelled bottle in the bin out front of the store and call in to let us know you are here. A Retail Associate will take down your phone number and all pertinent information regarding your test. They will then come out to pick up your water bottle and bring it in for testing. Please do not get out of your car to greet them. We would prefer you wait for the test results in case you need to purchase any treatment products for your water.

Any water tests that arrive after 3:30pm will not be tested until our next business day. It is important we give our staff time to follow proper cleaning protocols prior to leaving.

Once tested, they will call you to review the test and see if there is anything you need to purchase. If so, you can give them your credit card number and they will gather the purchase, charge it to your credit card, and bring everything back out to the “curb”. When they re-enter the store, you can then pick up your treatments and test results.

We are also taking phone 905-648-7727 or email retail@budsspas.com orders for any customers that don’t require a water test and would like to stock up on pool or hot tub chemicals. The same “Curbside” pick up applies. Call in your order, we will take payment by credit card and assemble your order. Call when you get to the store and we will bring it out to the Curb. Please wait until our employee is back in the store before exiting your vehicle to gather your items. For orders over $100 we can provide free local delivery. Please ask.

All pool opening service has been rescheduled for April 13th or later. You will receive a phone call and email with your new date.

Bud’s Spas & Pools is doing our part to “flatten the curve” as we are not an essential service and for the protection of our customers and employees we are closing our store and service departments. We expect to resume sometime between April 8th and 13th.

Water Testing

Dundas – This location is closed and will reopen when we feel the pandemic has significantly passed.

Ancaster – This store is still operating in a reduced capacity.  Our new process for serving you is called "Curbside service".

When you visit our stores to have your water tested, we would ask that you leave your water bottle on the “curb” and call in to the store.  A Retail Associate will take down your phone number and all pertinent information regarding your test.  They will then come out to pick up your water bottle and bring it in for testing.  Please do not get out of your car to greet them.  We would prefer you wait for the test results in case you need to purchase any treatment products for your water.

We request customers who will be home during site check appointments to stay inside, and our employees will call upon arrival. We will also contact by phone for any approvals of work, and a debrief before departure.

If you have booked a service visit and are not feeling well or in self-isolation, you must let us know so we can protect our staff.  Your service can be rescheduled for another date.
