How we're operating to keep everyone safe

"Online Shopping" is available. Most of your everyday products can be found and purchased through our online store. Specify pick up in Ancaster or Dundas or free delivery for orders over $100.  Can't find something? Give us a call and we can assist you during regular store hours.

“Drop Off”  Water Testing available at  both locations:

  • Please use your water sample bottle to obtain sample and bring it to the store
  • Bud’s Spas & Pools has provided a yellow bin outside the front door of the store to collect samples which contains labels for your bottle with all the information needed to complete your water test. Labels can be completed ahead of time and are available on our website or Facebook page. https://budsspas.com/service-and-maintenance/water-testing/
  • Please fill out a label with name, address, phone no., email address and other questions and secure on bottle with elastics provided
  • Place your water sample in the yellow drop off bin and call in to let us know your sample is in the box. There may be times when we have too many tests to complete them all while you wait.  Water may not be tested after 5:30pm. Any water tests completed after Curbside is closed will be available to you the following day.
  • Your Bud’s Water Care Specialist will test, analyze and produce personalized prescription.
  • Your Bud’s Water Care Specialist will call you to review the prescription, confirm if you need to purchase any products and if so, take payment for your products.
  • The order will be prepared  and  ready for Curbside Pick-up or Delivery.

Sales

The unprecedented demand this year has created significant manufacturing delays for new hot tub or swim pools orders. If you were considering one of these for your backyard in 2021, we highly recommend discussing your plans with our sales staff sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment next spring.

We'll be taking appointments for people who wish to enter the store to view hot tubs and swimpools.  We ask that you limit your group to 2 individuals to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

For people looking to purchase an inground pool, we would be happy to discuss your project over the phone and make an appointment to view your yard.
