Masks are now mandatory to enter our stores as per the new Hamilton bylaw that came into effect on July 20th, 2020.

We are unable to supply masks so please remember to bring yours with you before you arrive.

How we're operating to keep everyone safe

  • Masks are now mandatory to enter the store.  Our employees will only remove their masks when behind a plexi-glass barrier so they can communicate with you better.
  • Our Ancaster location will allow 10 people in the store at one time. This allows for ample space to maintain social distancing. To help with this, please limit your visit to one family member.
  • Customers will enter through the front doors and be offered verbal directions and hand sanitizer.
  • Plexi-glass barriers have been installed at the water lab, front cash and the parts counter to protect our staff and our customers.
  • We strongly encourage and request that you wear a mask in the store.  If any of our employees need to enter the sales floor, they will be wearing a mask for your protection.
  • Clearly marked pathways have been created with signs and floor stickers to help you move about the store with ease.
  • We will be accepting debit, visa or mastercard for payments. No cash transactions.
  • For those customers who are enjoying our online store, curbside pickup/delivery and curbside water testing service, this will continue to be available with a couple of improvements.
  • There are two designated curbside pickup parking spaces on the East side of our building (Carstar side). Please park in one of these and call the number on the sign for the designated curbside pickup employees to bring out your order.
  • Customers will now have assistance with their salt, sand and liquid chlorine purchased. Please call the curbside pickup number and someone will come out to load your order.
  • More staff have been added per shift to assist with getting what you need.

Sales

The unprecedented demand this year has created significant manufacturing delays for new hot tub or swim pools orders. If you were considering one of these for your backyard in 2021, we highly recommend discussing your plans with our sales staff sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment next spring.

We'll be taking appointments for people who wish to enter the store to view hot tubs and swimpools.  We ask that you limit your group to 2 individuals to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

For people looking to purchase an inground pool, we would be happy to discuss your project over the phone and make an appointment to view your yard.

Service

We know many of our customers have found it difficult to get in touch with us. Please know we feel your frustration. We are hoping that with this next stage of opening the store, we will have freed up our phones lines to allow us to make more calls. We are also through the busiest part of our season as most of the pools are now open. This will allow us to start doing a lot of the follow up service that you have been waiting for.
